Some drawings from the tube - folks, tunnels, trains - a morning's worth.  Nothing like hanging around those corridors scrutinising things for making you feel like the suspicious behaviour.

porridge deluge

Thought I'd post a spread of the line-work from the comic I'm working on for Editions Sarbacane.  Tis taking me an age but I'll get there!!  This is about the half-way mark, porridge getting everywhere.

I am going to keep posting a few things here from time to time, but will also be blogging at www.beckypalmer.co.uk from now on. I think.  When there are minutes spare... A couple of group exhibitions that I'll have work in are over there now, including Stories Begging to be Told, which opens on the 3rd May. Next week!  Eek!  Come see us there.

New year underground

This comes with belated new year best-wishes and such - i never managed to get it finished for the actual day, but 2013 stays newish for a while doesn't it?  

You can probably tell that i did mean to make it a whole three escalators so people could go both directions.  I ran out of time or got lazy and so they can only go down, but it's not worrying them.   Train's free after all, at least til midnight.
